Sammy Watson came close on Section V 400 and Mile records at Dartmouth.

Sammy Watson of Rush-Henrietta ran a 56.53 400m (#2 All-time Section V) at the Dartmouth Relays to close in on Maddie Kopp's (Spencerport)'s Section V record of 56.01 from the 2013 Nationals.  Watson also ran the mile in 4:59.84 to come close to breaking Deresa Walters (Penfield) Section V record of 4:56.57 from 1988.  Watson won both events, as well as being on Rush-Henrietta's winning Sprint Medley Relay team with Stephanie Nwachi, Tori Thompson and Lanae-Tava Thoms.

Lanae-Tava Thomas won the 55m with a 7.01 and was a member of the winning SMR and the winning 4x200 at 1:44.46 with Stephanie Nwachi, Tori Thompson and Adama Donzo. 

The R-H Boys 4x200 team of Justice Obasi, Anthony Brinson, Dilan Campbell and Lukas Dalfonso won with a SVSB of 1:33.44.

The R-H Girls won the Dartmouth Relays team championship.

Kelly Brown of Wilson Magnet took the SVSB in the 300m with a 35.74 (NYS12) and now has the SVSB in the 55m (NYS3), 300m and 55m Hurdles (NYS5)

Donny Glavin of McQuaid Jesuit took the SVSB in the 1000m with 2:35.31 (NYS9) and now has the SVSB in the 1000m and 1600m (NYS16)

Connor Spiegel of Webster Thomas broke out a 6-4 high jump for the SVSB  (NYS4  3-way tie)

Madison Offhaus of Warsaw broke her own Section V record in the Weight Throw with a 44-9 (NYS7)

Mady Dibble of Waterloo set the SVSB in the Shot Put with a 38-4.5 (NYS7)

And... Elie Pauly of Hilton traveled to the new Ocean Breeze complex in Staten Island where she placed 2nd in the 1500m Racewalk with a SVSB time of 7:34.12 (NYS7).
