Rush-Henrietta Girls 1600 Sprint Medley Relay is not only is the best in the USA, but the best EVER in the USA with a national record time of 3:47.65 to win New Balance Nationals.  Congrats to Sammy Watson, Ceara Watson, Lanae-Tava Thomas, Tori Thompson and Coach Mike DeMay. Sammy Watson individually won the 800 breaking her own SectionV Record.
