                                     RH Girls win Dartmouth Relays!

The Girls Rush Henrietta team won this past weekend’s Dartmouth relays in New Hampshire with exceptional performances all around. The freshman, Jaelyn Davis, placed 4th in the 55m with a 7.42.Stephanie Nwachi a junior ran a 44.11 in the 300m placing 18th of 96 athletes. Sammy Watson won the girls 400m with a time of 55.76 which is the NY best right now.Emma Canny ran a fine 1:50.50 in the 600m while following closely behind her was Milan Linzy with a 1:50.81.Haley Riorden, a sophomore, placed 4th in the 800m with a 2:21.57.Bailey Pierce ran a 3:09 in the 1000m placing her 10th of 83 athletes.Once again Sammy Watson comes back in the mile with 4:59.03.Allison Menendez ran a 12:42 in the 2 mile.Amelia Perry ran a 10.08 and Miranda Hughes clocked 10.38 in the 55 hurdles.Lindsay Johnson (34’4.5’’) and Renee LaSalle (32’10.25’’) placed first and third respectively in the unseeded shotput.The 4 by 200m relay team placed 3rd with a 1:51 only 2 seconds form the winning time.The 4 by 400m team ran a respective 4:41.The 4 by 800m team placed 6th with a time of 10:12.The DMR team won the race with a time of 12:26.

The boys team placed 14th with 17 points.  Myles Calhoun finished 3rd in the 55dash with a 6.57.Lukas D’Alfonso ran 36.43 taking third in the meet’s 300 dash.The 4x200 relay(Calhoun, D’Alfonso, Daniels,  Brinson) took fourth in 1:34.1. The 4x800(Brown, Pham, Freeman, Kline) team took 7th in 8:39.74.The 1600 meter sprint medley(Calhoun, Brinson, D’Alfonso, George) took 4th in 3:38.6.

3200m: Tyler Senall of Penfield runs 9:44 while Majd Rouhana of Fairport follows in 9:48.

1600: Brightons’ Paul Dellinger runs a 4:25 at Houghton while Payton Gleason of Churchville-chili (4:31.01) and Justin Schramm of Greece Arcadia (4:32.43) battle for the win.

1000: Fairports’ Ben Bulkeley surpasses Brad Farhams’ 2:38 with a 2:36.

600: Connor Preston a sophomore from Victor central runs a 1:28 to put him 7th on the leaderboard.

300: Jacob Schmid of Wayne Central has the fastest 300 this weekend with a 37.16.

55: Olivier Kothor form Leadership Academy runs the fastest 55 this week with a 6.66 while Bryce Rattray of Clyde-savannah follows close behind in 6.68.

Shotput: Alex Tian of Brighton tossed 44’03’’ to move up to third on the Section leaderboard.

Weight: Williamson’s Norberto Cervantes tossed a Section V leading 60’11’’ at RIT.

High Jump: Zion Ponder of the School of the Arts cleared 5’11 to move up to third on the leaderboard.  

Long Jump: Justin Robinson leaps 21’3’’ for third in section V.      

Triple Jump: Michael Allen of Greece Arcadia leaped 43’08.5” to take over second on the leaderboard two inches behind Justin Robinson of Fairport.

Polevault: Brett Pratmore has a personal best of 12’ to move up to 9th on the leaderboard.

Girls

3000: Anna Kostarellis of Churchville-chili has the fastest time this week with a 10:31.

1500: Amanda Vestri of Webster Thomas runs a 4:48 this weekend to put her 2nd on the leaderboard for Sevtion V and 8th for the state.

1000: Amanda Vestri continues to show excellence with a 3:02 this past weekend.

600: Vanessa Watson a sophmore from spencerport runs a 1:38 to have the fastest time this weekend.

300: Ny'Shaya Henderson (Franklin) runs a 43.13 while Hallie Buddendeck (Thomas) follows close in 43.16.

55:Indya Richards of Gates-Chili has the fastest time this week in 7.32 to put her 3rd for the state.

Shot Put: Madison Offhaus of Warsaw put a Section V leading 36’09.5’’ at Hougton College.

Weight-throw: Madison Offhaus tossed a 44’09’’ throw in the morning at Houghton and Asia Hoyte of Pittsford Mendon took over the Section V leaderboard in the afternoon with a toss 45’02.25’’.

High jump: Greece Arcadia’s Jessica DeJesus cleared 5’1’’ to move up to fourth on the leaderboard.

Triple Jump: Indya Richards jumped 36’08’’ move up to number two on the leaderboard behind Shana Spinks 38’09’’ of School of the Arts.

Long jump: Sherdavisia Jacque of Gates Chili jumped 17’07’’ to take over third on the leaderboard.

Pole Vault: Lily Hoyser of Pittsford Mendon cleares 9’8’’ to move up to fourth on the leaderboard.
